Is ChatGPT or Claude better for a business?
It depends on the work. ChatGPT is the most versatile for general use and the one most people know. Claude does better at writing, analyzing long documents and automating processes connected to your own tools. That’s why we don’t recommend one before seeing how your team works.
How much does it cost to implement AI in my company?
Kickoff is $490 one-time (US/intl $900) and installs the AI on up to 3 computers with 3 connections and a training. A full rollout starts at $1,500 (US/intl $2,900). Managed AI, with maintenance and new automations every month, is $1,290/month (US/intl $2,400). AI licenses are paid separately, directly to the provider.
Do I have to change the tools I already use?
No. We connect the AI to what you already use: Gmail or Outlook, Drive or SharePoint, your CRM, your invoicing system. Your team keeps working the same way, just faster.
Who owns the account and the data?
Your company. The AI account is in your name and you pay the provider directly. We have admin access while we work together, and we set role-based permissions.
