Privacy policy

The data controller is Joseph Quesada, national ID 1-1566-0811, located at Cóbano, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, email josephquesada92@gmail.com.

When you subscribe: your name, email, phone and business name. You enter these yourself on the payment form.

When you pay: PayPal processes the transaction. We never see or store your card number. From PayPal we only receive the subscription identifier, the payment status and the email tied to your account.

When you browse the site or blog: anonymous or pseudonymised technical data (country, city, device type, pages viewed, time on page, referral source). IP addresses are stored hashed, never in the clear.

If you join the newsletter: your email and preferred language.

To deliver the service you bought, manage monthly billing and issue your receipts.

To contact you about your project and answer your questions.

To understand which content works and improve it. We look at these metrics in aggregate.

We do not sell your data or hand it to third parties for advertising.

Only the providers we need to operate: PayPal (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes the data solely to provide us their service.

We may also disclose data if legally required by a competent authority.

Billing data is kept while you have an active subscription and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

If you cancel and ask us to delete your data, we remove everything we are not obliged to retain.

You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to josephquesada92@gmail.com and we respond within five business days at most.

If you joined the newsletter, every email includes an unsubscribe link.

The site runs over HTTPS. Payment data is handled by PayPal, not by us. Credentials for our admin panel are protected and only the owner has access.
